Most of the admission process is completed at the respective study center only. The following is the procedure for admission: The university will advertise the admission notice for this programme. The university will sell the prospectus and admission form to the students through Regional Centers/Study Centers. Students should confirm his/her eligibility as per admission eligibility criteria for admission. The student selects the study centre convenient to him. In the admission form, student can give maximum two preferences for study centers. The student shall submit the duly filled application form along with attested photocopies of each supporting document and required DD to his selected study centre. He is granted provisional admission at the study centre after a preliminary scrutiny. The Study centers forwards a list of provisionally admitted students along with their admission forms and attachments to the YCMOU. University will check eligibility and DD for “University Programme Fee” for admission forms and prepare the merit order list for respective study center. After scrutiny, university admits the students to the respective programme as per the reservation policy and merit order list of each study center. The students will be informed about the confirmation of his admission and is assigned a Permanent Registration Number (PRN) and a study center. Normally a study center will not be alooted unless minimum 20 students opt for it. Under any circumstances, no study center change shall be allowed to any student , during the same year and a proper ‘ no objection will be required from the PC of the existing study center before any change is implemented. Normally the university will try to allot the study center opted by the student. But if the situation demands, the university may allot a different study center to the student during the next academic year. No complaint in this regard will be entertained by the University from the student or the affected study center. The study center will collect “study Center Fee” directly from the students attached to it only after the university has confirmed the registration, during the first contact or further counseling session and must give a proper receipt to the student (with revenue stamp where necessary). The student will be responsible for this transaction and the university will normally not intervene in the matter. During the end examination hall may be prohibited and / or examination results may be with held, if the student has not paid study center’s fees The university may return the DD for the “University Programme Fee” if admission can not be granted for student. Programme Fees Details University Fee : Demand Draft in favour of “Finance Officer Yashwantrao Chavan Maharastra        Open University” payable at Nashik, and drawn on a Nationalized Bank. Study Center Fee: Demand Draft in favour of “MIT College of Management” payable at Pune. Library and Hostel Fee/Deposit If Student want to use the library and / or hostel facilities of the Study Center contact the programme Coordinator. Note that the rules regarding use of library and / or hostel facilities framed by the study center will be binding on him. Student may be required to pay Separate fee and deposit, directly to the study center as per their rules. Other Financial Conditions 1. Every enrolled student shall have to pay both “University Programme Fee” and “Study Center Fee”. 2. Student are requested to note following information about maximum “Study Center Fee”. Study Centers are not allowed to collect more “Study Center Fee” than mentioned in prospectus. The transaction with regard to the SC Fee is a bilateral affair between the student and the Study Center. The university may not normally intervene in the matter on complaints either by the study center or by student. Study Centers will collect “ Study Center Fee” against their  own receipt and will maintain its records of receipt. How to pay the fees All University programme fees and examination fee must be paid only by crossed Demand Draft (DD) of any nationalized bank, in favour of “ The Finance Officer, Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik” payable at Nashik.
